What happened
Glow reported finding more than 13,000 internal screenshots publicly hosted across over 900 repositories belonging to more than 300 organisations. Coding agents had published review images through repositories or screenshot-sharing tools. Some images contained customer records or unreleased features.
Glow began notifying affected organisations on 9 September and published its findings on 29 September. The status records observed public exposure. Glow’s figures describe its investigation, and the report identifies no single model update that resolves every publishing workflow.
