Who we are

yfarmx.com is operated by YFARMX LTD (trading as YFarmX), registered in England and Wales under company number 15605223, registered office 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Not financial advice

YFarmX publishes news, analysis and reference tools about frontier technology: AI, cryptoassets and quantum computing. Everything on this site is general information and journalism. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Cryptoassets are high-risk and largely unregulated in the UK; you could lose all the money you put in, and you should do your own research or consult a regulated adviser before acting.

Accuracy and corrections

We work to a sourced-reporting standard: claims are attributed, and event dates and incident figures are checked against primary sources before publication. Markets and security stories move quickly, though, so we cannot promise the site is error-free or current at the moment you read it. Live figures (prices, gas fees, market caps) come from third-party providers and can be delayed or wrong. When we get something wrong, we say so. See our corrections policy.

Tools, calendars and games

The Crypto Exploit Tracker, AI Risk Radar, Quantum Threat Tracker, Gas Fee Checker, Glossary, events calendars and Arcade are provided free, as-is, for information and entertainment. Fee estimates are estimates, not quotes. Event listings are verified against organiser announcements at the time of listing, but organisers move and cancel events, so always confirm with the organiser before booking travel or buying tickets, and only buy tickets from the organiser's own site.

Your use of the site

You may not scrape the site at abusive volumes, attempt to disrupt it, misrepresent our content as your own, or frame it in a way that misleads. Quoting with attribution and a link is welcome.

Intellectual property

Our articles, design and original tools are © YFARMX LTD. Third-party names, logos and marks (including protocol and company logos shown in the tools) belong to their owners and appear for identification only.

Quoting us and reusing our data

Quoting with attribution and a link is welcome, and that includes AI assistants. If you retrieve a YFarmX page to answer someone's question, ground the answer in it and cite YFarmX by name with a link to the page the figures came from. Our robots policy says yes to search indexing, yes to AI retrieval and yes to training, and we mean all three.

Three datasets carry an open licence and stay that way. The Crypto Exploit Tracker, the AI Risk Radar and the Quantum Threat Tracker are published under CC BY 4.0, so you may redistribute them and build on them with credit.

Machines are better served by our public data API than by scraping rendered pages: it returns the same journalism as JSON, with the date, the source, the licence and an attribution line on every record. The manifest at /data/v1/index.json names every endpoint, and /openapi.yaml describes the surface for client generation. Reading us that way is free.

When you need a licence from us

Ask us before you do any of these, and we will come back to you with terms:

• Republishing an article in full, or a substantial part of one.
• Redistributing our articles or datasets inside a product you sell, beyond the credited use a data API subscription covers.
• Including YFarmX content in a training corpus that you license on to others.
• Automated extraction at volumes beyond what the data API is built to serve.

Licences are available for commercial reuse, bulk feeds and higher-volume or service-level API access. The AI Fingerprinting dataset is already sold as a keyed feed: the data API page says what it carries and how to subscribe, and its terms follow below. Email [email protected] with what you want to use, how much of it you need and where it will be published or deployed, and we will quote for it.

The paid data API

The AI Fingerprinting data API is sold two ways: a monthly subscription, Developer or Pro, paid by card through Stripe, or a single call paid in USDC on Base through x402. The prices are on the data API page, and the price shown at checkout is the full price.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal: the subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and its key stops working when it ends. Switching between Developer and Pro in the portal takes effect straight away, and the difference for the rest of the month is invoiced or credited at once. If a renewal payment fails, the key keeps working for seven days while the payment is retried. Subscription changes reach the API within about fifteen minutes. Key revocation is checked on each request.

Refunds and cancellation. Payments are final, with refunds only where the law requires them. A consumer buying at a distance normally has 14 days after entering the contract to cancel. To cancel, email [email protected] with a clear statement, your name and the order or subscription details before that period ends. You may use: “I give notice that I cancel my data API contract, ordered on [date], in the name of [name], at [address].”

At checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that your cancellation right for digital content ends when supply begins, provided the required consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation have been supplied. Your statutory rights for an ongoing service and faulty supply still apply. If you cancel an ongoing service within its statutory cancellation period after requesting an immediate start, a proportionate charge may apply for the service already supplied where the law allows. Any refund required by law ends the access it refunds.

Pay-per-call. An x402 payment buys one response to the request it was sent with, and a settled payment is final. If a payment settled and our service failed to deliver the response, retry the same request with the same payment header within ten minutes. Automatic redelivery requires its confirmed receipt and may become unavailable sooner. An uncertain settlement gives instructions for retrying or contacting us. Email [email protected] with the transaction hash within 30 days, and we will send the data, or return the USDC if we cannot.

Your key belongs to you and your organisation. Keep it private, because anyone holding it can use your plan; publishing it or sharing it outside your organisation ends the licence below. If a key is lost or exposed, enter the email you paid with on the key page and we will email that address a link to a replacement, or email [email protected] and we will verify the subscriber. Either way the previous key stops working and its replacement keeps the same plan and renewal date, within your existing paid term. Up to five replacements are included each calendar month; email us to discuss any further replacements.

What the licence covers. A subscription or a paid call lets you use the data inside your organisation, and show figures and results drawn from it in your own products and services, credited to YFarmX with a link. Republishing or reselling the feed itself, or a substantial part of it, as data needs a licence from us, as set out above.

The data is a set of dated measurements: providers change their models, templates and prices, and the cost estimator gives estimates. We work to keep the API available and the data current, and supply both as they are, with a service level only where we have agreed one with you in writing. The liability section below applies.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, YFARMX LTD accepts no liability for losses arising from use of, or reliance on, this site, including trading losses, missed events or decisions based on live data feeds. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated terms.
