Qubic wallet fixes weak random seed generation

What happened

Qubic released wallet 4.26.4 with cryptographically secure seed generation on 18 October. DefiLlama records an estimated $1.3m wallet incident dated 17 October.

The maintainer’s code change replaces the earlier seed-generation randomness with a cryptographically secure source. Updating the generator changes how new seeds are made; existing keys retain their original entropy. The $1.3m figure and 17 October incident date are DefiLlama’s estimate. The maintainer release and commit establish the software fix separately from that loss estimate.
