What happened
SlowMist estimates about $21,900 lost in a Yapeswap governance attack. A zero-quorum setting allowed a very small voting position to transfer control of a factory role.
The attacker installed a malicious registry that directed new deposits towards fake vaults. SlowMist reports that the pools counted those deposits as farming assets while redeemable shares were not issued. The amount is the investigator’s estimate, and 25 October is the public alert date.
