What happened
TenArmor and SlowMist report about $41,000 lost from Slice on Base. Its funds module trusted amounts returned by caller-selected contracts and released pooled assets without confirming receipt of the promised funds.
The exploit used contracts that reported a release amount while transferring no corresponding assets. The 21 October date follows the public researcher alerts. The amount remains a contemporaneous estimate.
