Willow experiment improves prepared logical states

What happened

Google demonstrated magic-state cultivation on Willow. The paper reports about a 40-fold state-error reduction and 99.99% logical-state fidelity with 8% of attempts retained. This measures preparation of a resource used in error-corrected computation; larger calculations require additional operations and resources.
